Joseph Roth (1894-1939), born in Galician Brody, died in Paris. Author of The Radetzky March and Job (Hiob), the Emperor's Tomb and Hotel Savoy, and other novels with Austrian, Jewish, German, Polish, Russian themes. Where did he come from? A short introduction to the wanderings of Joseph Roth - journalist, writer, as well as friend of Jozef Wittlin, Soma Morgenstern and Stefan Zweig.
